Measure 1 – INVESTMENTS IN THE PHYSICAL CAPITAL OF AGRICULTURAL HOLDINGS
This measure is intended to support primary production, and in addition to the main goal of improving agricultural holdings, raising the level of competitiveness, and fully aligning with EU standards, it also aims to strengthen the position of farmers in the food production chain and provide support to young farmers.

Measure 3 – INVESTMENTS IN THE PHYSICAL CAPITAL RELATED TO THE PROCESSING AND MARKETING OF AGRICULTURAL AND FISHERY PRODUCTS
This measure is intended to support processing capacities and aims to improve food business operators so that they meet all EU food safety standards and have the ability to place products on the market without hindrance.
Beneficiaries of this measure are companies registered in the Central Register of Business Entities (CRPS), cooperatives, and producer organizations.
Both individual and collective investments are supported. Individual investments can be carried out by companies/business entities or cooperatives, while collective investments can be carried out by cooperatives or producer organizations registered in accordance with the national legislation of Montenegro.
Supported activities include construction, reconstruction, or equipping of facilities for the reception, processing, and storage of products; purchase of specialized equipment and machinery; infrastructure development; construction, reconstruction, or equipping of plants for the production of energy from renewable sources; investments in energy-saving systems, environmental protection, equipment and means for the reprocessing of raw materials and the processing, treatment, and disposal of waste and by-products.
Investments with eligible costs ranging from €30,000 to €2,000,000 will be supported.
