The Science and Technology Park of Montenegro was established with the aim of providing support and strengthening the economic growth and development potential of Montenegro, through the establishment and growth of companies/teams in high-tech activities. Also, a special aspect of the activities of the NTP of Montenegro is support in the development and commercialization of innovative ideas and projects. NTP Montenegro was founded in partnership between the Government of Montenegro and the University of Montenegro with a common vision to become a key place where innovative and creative individuals and projects will meet, with intensive cooperation of the most important stakeholders of the entrepreneurial process (science and business).

Innovative entrepreneurial center TEHNOPOLIS – Nikšić
The Technopolis Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center is the most important center for the development of innovative and startup companies and entrepreneurship in Montenegro. It was founded by the Government of Montenegro, as one of the key actors in the creation and transformation of the Montenegrin innovation ecosystem. Since it officially started working in a new building in the center of Nikšić on September 17, 2016, Technopolis provides a number of infrastructure and other support measures that enable the opening of new companies and the development of business based on new, innovative ideas and technologies.

Regional Business Center – Berane
L.C.C. The Regional Business Center (RBC) was founded in March 2015 as part of the project “Establishment of a regional business center with a business incubator in the north-east of Montenegro”, which was largely financed by the European Union and implemented by the Municipality of Berane in partnership with the Regional Development Agency for Bjelasica, Komove. and Prokletije and the municipalities of Andrijevica, Bijelo Polje, Plav and Rožaje, which are also its founders. RBC and the business incubator are located in the “Rudeš” business zone, in a reconstructed and equipped building with an area of almost 1000 m2, which has business space for rent that contains: a meeting room with 40 seats; one room of 100 m²; one room of 75 m²; one room of 50 m²; four rooms of 25 m².

Business start center – Bar
BSC Bar was founded in 2007 through the project of opening business centers and incubators in 2007-2010. The project was financed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands and implemented by the Dutch NGO SPARK. As part of the project, similar centers were opened in Bitola (Macedonia), Kragujevac (Serbia), Pristina and Mitrovica (Kosovo). BSC Bar is part of this regional network and cooperates with other centers at the regional level. As part of BSC Bar, a Business Incubator was opened in 2010, which aims to support the development of start-up businesses in the Municipality of Bar. The premises of the incubator were given to BSC Bar by the Municipality of Bar for free and are used for the development of entrepreneurship. The current capacities of the Incubator are 34 rooms for start-up businesses, a conference room and 2 meeting rooms. The mentioned premises can be used by start-up businesses under favorable conditions for the first 3 to 5 years of operation.

Business Info Center – Tivat
Business Info Center is a company that started its work in 2024, with a clear mission: to gather, motivate and inform local entrepreneurs and all those who want to become part of the entrepreneurial community. The vision of the Business Info Center is to become a regional development agency. The Tivat Business Info Center will improve the overall sustainable economic development of Tivat and the wider area through the improvement of entrepreneurial potential, the exchange of information and the transfer of knowledge.
