A public call for project proposals from social enterprises, CSOs, and NGOs to provide innovative service models with collective, ecological, and social impact. Proposals can be submitted until March 7, 2025, at 16:00 CET
About the YouSEED Project
The YouSEED – Youth Explore Rural Development Through the Lens of Social Economy project is a 36-month initiative dedicated to exploring the potential of young people in the field of social economy and rural development in 20 target municipalities: Andrijevica, Berane, Bijelo Polje, Kolašin, Mojkovac, Rožaje, Gusinje, Plav, Pljevlja, Šavnik, Plužine, Petnjica, Žabljak, Tuzi, Zeta, Nikšić, Danilovgrad, Cetinje, Bar, and Ulcinj.
Eligibility Criteria
- Be a legal entity and
- Be a non-profit organization and
- Be a civil society organization, a consortium of CSOs or
- Have social enterprise status and be able to demonstrate their non-profit activities and
- Have Montenegrin nationality and conduct activities in the eligible municipalities and
- Be directly responsible for project preparation and management and
- Be established and registered in Montenegro for at least 12 months before the proposal submission deadline.

Submission Guidelines
Project proposals and required supporting documents must be submitted exclusively via email in PDF format, except for the budget form, which must be sent in Excel format, to:

Funding Available
The total indicative budget available for this call is €330,000, divided into two lots:
Grant Lot 1: €49,500 (15% of the total available budget).
Grant Lot 2: €280,500.
